Rules of Play

This raffle is licensed and conducted in accordance with the terms of a licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

   Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.

   Must be physically located within the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

3. 3

   Tickets are sold through an electronic raffle system operated by Hamilton Children's Choir.

   Winning ticket details will be posted at https://hamiltonchildrenschoir.com.

   Regulations prohibit the following persons and their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Hamilton Children's Choir staff, members of the Board of Directors, and members of any licensing gaming supplier or sponsor providing goods or services to this lottery.

   After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket numbers. Ticket numbers are assigned randomly by the system — no specific numbers can be requested.

   The winning ticket is selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) from all valid tickets sold during the draw period.

8. 8

   One Grand Prize will be awarded per draw: 50% of total ticket sales for that draw period.

   All prizes must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date and time. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with applicable AGCO regulations.

10. 10

    To claim a prize, the winner must provide their full legal name, address, and telephone number along with valid government-issued photo identification. If suitable identification cannot be provided, the prize will be held until identification is presented.

11. 11

    Once the winner is verified, the prize will be delivered by cheque or electronic transfer in the amount of 50% of total sales for the draw.

12. 12

    By accepting the prize, the winner consents to having their name published as the draw winner on Hamilton Children's Choir's website and social media platforms.

13. 13

    Any transaction cancellation initiated by a party other than the organizer will result in the associated ticket(s) being voided and ineligible to win. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

14. 14

    In the event that no winner comes forward within the claim period, the prize will be dealt with in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations.
